Care of hospice patients in long term care, assisted
living, and home settings.
- Current and valid CNA license required.
- Current and valid HHA license required.
- Valid MA driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Hospice/long term care, or home care experience, a
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Must have High School Diploma/GED.
- Must be able to travel within assigned territory.
