Front Desk Coordinator / Security

Job Summary: Oversees the Front Desk Operations. This includes staff scheduling, training, and resident relations. FDC will be responsible for all communication between the Front Desk, Leasing Office, and Maintenance Staff.

Compensation:

· Hourly Position. Non-Exempt. Fulltime.

· Eligible for health benefits and 401k

· $24-25 per hour, depending on experience level and skills

Qualifications:

· Minimum 2 years experience in real estate customer service or equivalent experience.

Supervisory Responsibilities: No supervisory responsibilities.

Essential Functions:

· Ensure the building is secured and staffed at all times.

· Supervise routine tasks and make sure they are being completed on a daily basis. These tasks include: monitoring cameras, access control, conducting property walks, and maintaining a written log of all incidents and events that happen on a daily basis.

· Responsible for keeping a clean and inviting Front Desk for new prospects, vendors and residents.

· Maintain positive resident relations on the community.

· Responsible for responding quickly to any emergencies that happen on or around the property by calling 911, a vendor and management.

· Documenting and communicating all events and incidents to management.

· Responsible for overseeing and reviewing all Front Desk Operations on a weekly basis to ensure that the Community operates with a high degree of security and professionalism.

Work Hours:

40 hours per week, afternoon/evening and night shifts. Any of 7 days. Shift to be determined by Property Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
