Haight Brown & Bonesteel LLP is seeking an Office Services / Records Assistant for the downtown Los Angeles office

Responsibilities:

  • Scan and photocopy legal documents, forms and correspondence under general supervision following prescribed guidelines and procedures
  • Complete data entry into legal software by organizing and profiling documents ensuring accuracy
  • Download documents, burn CDs and create flash drives
  • Create and maintain working files and binders as requested
  • Receive and log incoming packages, deliveries, and mail
  • Maintain and order office supplies
  • Demonstrate discretion with confidential materials and documents
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years’ experience working at a law firm
  • Experience with iManage software preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to read and comprehend oral and written instructions
  • Demonstrate close attention to detail
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
