Haight Brown & Bonesteel LLP is seeking an Office Services / Records Assistant for the downtown Los Angeles office
Responsibilities:
- Scan and photocopy legal documents, forms and correspondence under general supervision following prescribed guidelines and procedures
- Complete data entry into legal software by organizing and profiling documents ensuring accuracy
- Download documents, burn CDs and create flash drives
- Create and maintain working files and binders as requested
- Receive and log incoming packages, deliveries, and mail
- Maintain and order office supplies
- Demonstrate discretion with confidential materials and documents
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years’ experience working at a law firm
- Experience with iManage software preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to read and comprehend oral and written instructions
- Demonstrate close attention to detail
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
