Celebrate Caring at Westfield Care and Rehabilitation Center, a SunBridge Healthcare affiliate. We’re seeking an excellent licensed nursing home administrator for our 98-bed center, located in Westfield, MA. As administrator, you will be responsible for the leadership, management and over all success of the center. Your responsibilities will include family service, resident care, financial management, quality assurance, regulatory management, business development goals and maximization of revenue. In addition, you will be responsible for attracting, developing and retaining top talent and also supervising and training high-quality team members. Job Requirements:
- Desire to enrich patient and resident lives
- Nursing home administrator license (LNHA) required
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration,
- Ability to ensure the delivery of quality care and
- Skill set needed to develop and maintain positive
- Excellent communication, leadership and mentoring
- Demonstrated knowledge of interpreting financial
- Ability to plan, develop and implement the programs,
