As a member of the Hospital's Management Team, this position is responsible for facilitating the hospital mission, values and strategic initiatives to meet the needs of the community. The Director of Nursing directs, oversees and coordinates all aspects of patient care and personnel management, on a twenty-four hour basis, for the Maternal-Child Health nursing areas. The role is responsible for facilitating the delivery of nursing care and for maintaining the standards of nursing care and practice.
Qualifications
Must have current MA RN license; BSN and Master's Degree required. Prior nursing experience and 10+ years of progressive nursing leadership experience in a related setting with demonstrated success with patient and staff satisfaction outcomes required.
