Job description

We are a real estate investment firm run by seasoned real estate veterans based in Austin, TX. Our market focus is the 52 top metro areas across the country which include, but are not limited to, Denver, Phoenix, Atlanta, Portland, DC, Baltimore, Boston, North and South Carolina metropolitan areas. We’re seeking a highly motivated person to join our team and help us reach the next level in revenue and client service.

Us, In a Nutshell: We partner with real estate investors to help them fund their deals. We will provide you with all the tools and training you need to succeed in this role!

You, In a Nutshell: This position will work from home remotely. We are looking for people with a sales background. Real estate preferred, but not required. You will contact referral partners, building relationships over time.

There is no cap on how much you can earn. It is up to YOU. At minimum, we expect $4K-$15K/Mo with a normal schedule of Monday through Friday. The more you close, the more you make; there is no cap!

If you are not motivated, focused, and willing to learn, this role is NOT for you.

  • 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

We will train you for the position. You will start calling prospective referral partners we provide you, until you can prove that you are able to talk and navigate with homeowners.

After a trial period of two weeks, you will be able to move to a full time position with the potential to earn as much as you can.

Skills Needed:

In addition to what’s already been mentioned, you need to:

  • Know your way around a computer, the Internet and using software in general
  • You must have a dedicated home office free of distractions and noise.
  • You must have a great internet connection and a laptop or computer
  • You must be able to work consistently without supervision or interruption
  • Must be able to handle rejection well and move on
  • Have interpersonal skills, and be comfortable talking to and dealing with people – via phone, email, etc.
  • Previous sales experience (is a plus). Real Estate experience is not required (is a plus).

* A real estate license is not required to work as a Real Estate Acquisition Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls through our dialing system to prospective partners.
  • Take notes and label each lead in our dialing system based on the outcome of discussion.
  • Follow company provided scripts to determine if each partner would be interested in working together.
  • Communicate to the partner about the benefits of working with us.
  • Managing leads and following up with prospects in our company's CRM.
  • Achieve a successful lead conversion rate and high volume of deals.
