All applicants must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid US drivers licen! se or at least one year.
Job Description:
Under the direction of nurse leader, provide direct care to individuals including ADL's, bathing, showering, feeding, toiletting, grooming for the residents of a group home. Asess individual's medical condition, take vital signs. Report changes to nurse leader. Must have good verbal and written skills. Assist and accompany individuals to medical appointment. Only compassionate and caring should apply.
Schedule: Per Diem.
