SUMMARY
This position is responsible for ensuring customer
satisfaction wit! hin a broad regional area (based in
metro Boston, MA area) by providing superior technical
service and support to our customers (hospitals,
educational institutions, ect.).
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install CAE Healthcare equipment and provide initial

System Orientation Training for customers within region

• Set up simulator and other medical peripherals.

Perform all necessary tests to verify system is working
appropriately

• Resolve customer service issues either by phone or at

customer sites

• Conduct preventative maintenance per customer service

contracts to ensure optimum system operation

• Work with CAE Healthcare's Sales, Marketing, and

Education Departments to provide technical support at
CAE events

• Take delivery of crates containing the Human Patient

Simulator, gas supplies, medical equipment and assorted
displays! at customer/seminar locations

• Break down simulat! or and repack system and peripherals

for shipment to next location

• Ensure that all repairable parts are returned to CAE

Healthcare headquarters for service

• Update Salesforce.com with customer service activity
• Build and maintain close relationships with sales

personnel and customers within region

Job Requirements:
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Associates Degree from Technical School or Military

equivalent and two years experience

• Knowledge of analog and digital electronics, pneumatic

experience and computer/software proficiency

• Proficient in troubleshooting, repair and maintenance

of healthcare simulators or similar experience
COMPUTER SKILLS

• Personal Computer (Windows, MAC OS X, Linux)
• A+ certification a plus

This position is Field Based in Boston, MA. Must be
willing to travel 90%! of the time throughout the
designated region and US. Position requires at least a
two to three month training based in Global Corporate
Headquarters of Sarasota, FL upon hire.
