SUMMARY
This position is responsible for ensuring customer
satisfaction wit! hin a broad regional area (based in
metro Boston, MA area) by providing superior technical
service and support to our customers (hospitals,
educational institutions, ect.).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install CAE Healthcare equipment and provide initial
- Set up simulator and other medical peripherals.

- Resolve customer service issues either by phone or at
- Conduct preventative maintenance per customer service
- Work with CAE Healthcare's Sales, Marketing, and
CAE events
- Take delivery of crates containing the Human Patient
displays! at customer/seminar locations
- Break down simulat! or and repack system and peripherals
- Ensure that all repairable parts are returned to CAE
- Update Salesforce.com with customer service activity
- Build and maintain close relationships with sales
Job Requirements:
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Associates Degree from Technical School or Military
- Knowledge of analog and digital electronics, pneumatic
- Proficient in troubleshooting, repair and maintenance
COMPUTER SKILLS
- Personal Computer (Windows, MAC OS X, Linux)
- A+ certification a plus
willing to travel 90%! of the time throughout the
designated region and US. Position requires at least a
two to three month training based in Global Corporate
Headquarters of Sarasota, FL upon hire.
