We are a leading flatbread manufacturer in Souther California looking for a Rigger to assist in setting up new lines at customer facility. This position can expect to travel domestic and internation up to 50-75% of the time with non-travel shifts stationed at our El Monte, CA facility.
Responsibilities:
- Travelling 50-75% of the time to customer facilities installing flatbread production lines.
- Moving materials to the worksite and ensuring all tools, machinery, and other equipment are safely set up.
- Operating equipment like drills, hand tools, cranes, and other heavy machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret applicable plans, schematics, and blue prints
- Obeying health and safety codes
- Ensuring tasks are completed to deadlines.
Requirements:
- Willing to travel domestic and international 50 - 75% of the time.
- High school diploma or similar.
- Current forklift certification
- Sound knowledge of mechanical assembly and practical experience with tools.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
- A good understanding of safety procedures.
- Knowledgeable about schematics
- Comfortable in construction environment
- Positive attitude and great interpersonal skills
You should be proficient in:
- Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills
- Forklift Licensed
- Mechanical Assembly Skills
- High School / GED
- Shop Math Skills
Salary info:
