The Greeley Company, a division of HCPro, Inc., is seeking leaders in the healthcare industry to join our Accreditation Consulting Team.
Position: Accreditation Consultant
Functions:
Serve as Advisor to clients who are members of the Center for Healthcare Accreditation:
- Annual accreditation assessments
- Standards and regulation interpretation
- Policy and procedure writing
- Survey readiness/Mock survey
- Post survey interpretation and recommend solutions to deficiencies
- Quality and process management
- Staff education programs
- Data management and design
- Methodology development
- People, Culture, Knowledge and Service mega-process rollout
- Refer sales opportunities; participate in sales process
- Timely expense, time forecasting and time reporting
- Timely project status reporting
- Participate in professional organizations and professional certification programs
- Ability to lead a project and team (including scope, approach, timeline, budget and risk management)
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Great listening and relationship building skills
- Strong presentation, group facilitation, and writing skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to work in a leveraged environment
- Accountable, adaptable, motivated and creative
Status: Full time Reports to: Vice President, Accreditation Services Location: Remote/US location with close proximity to major airport Travel: This position requires 75-100% travel
