The Atrium at Veronica Drive, a cozy, secure, assisted living community for memory impaired residents is seeking a Resident Care Director. The Resident Care Director will be responsible for providing overall leadership and management of the resident care department. Responsibilities include direct supervision of all nursing positions. He/she will performs resident assessments; maintain resident files, coordinate services with outside care providers. Ensure compliance with quality/regulatory standards.
Job Requirements
RN license
2 years of experience working with elders or disabled individuals
Demonstrate supervisory and management skills
