This Ambulatory Nurse Level III lead nurse position will necessitate a confident! and experienced registered nurse to assume responsibility for guiding staff in practice excellence; engages with patients and their families for their experience satisfaction in our settings; coordinates practice schedules and staff in the practice setting; collaborates with providers and staff by way of transforming positive change; demonstrates experiences as a results-oriented leader, team player and team member. This person will assume responsibility for this practice within the Baystate Children’s Hospital ambulatory and beyond settings.
Ability and established capability to work with complex care needs of children and families, demonstrates “out-of-box†thinking, practice expert in pediatric clinical settings, and ensures positive gains are maintained in the clinical and patient experience journey.
Recognized as an organizer who leads others with innovative ideas; confident in developing and excels in implementing standards of nursing practice; is a rec! ognized team collaborator with clinical leaders, providers, Pr! actice Management, team members and colleagues. Qualifications
Qualified applicants must have a Massachusetts RN licensure and a minimum of 5 years experience in a pediatric clinical setting. Ambulatory nursing is strongly preferred, demonstrated interest to work with pediatric population is essential. Qualified applicants must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, have e! xcellent assessment, triage and customer service skills as well as have the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Must demonstrate cultural competence working with a diverse patient population.
