THIS IS A PART-TIME POSITION.

Location: East Bridgewater Family Medicine
Schedule:
- Mondays: 1 PM to 6 PM
- Tuesdays: 1 PM to 6 PM
- Wednesdays: 1 PM to 6 PM
- Thursdays: 1 PM to 6 PM
- Fridays: 12 PM to 5 PM
This position qualifies for healthcare and other benefits.
Compensation: The budgeted hourly rate for this position would reflect between 1 and 3 years of experience.
DUTIES
LPN to work alongside an RN in a busy Family Medicine practice triaging patient phone calls, scheduling home draws, interfacing with! VNA, calling patients back with instructions on medications. ! The LPN will also be responsible for tracking patients on coumadin and ensuring they have regular appointments scheduled.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Ability to interface with patients and family members/friends.
- Ability to interface with a variety of personalities involving a variety of situations.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with patients, staff and management.
- Knowledge of EMR.
- Knowledge of E-Prescribing system.
- triage skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA.
- Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and organization services.
- Knowledge of obtaining prior Authorizations for Medications.
- Strong Customer Service skills.
