Description: Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates is looking of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Per Diem right now, this position will be placed in Massachusetts. Under the direction of a Department Chief, Associate Nurse Leader, or designee, the incumbent is a licensed practical nurse w! ho provides direct patient care, meeting both psychological and physical needs of the patients in accordance with physicians' orders, OSHA, nursing and department guidelines. Fulfills these duties to contribute to the continuity and quality of care while fostering the best interest and well-being of patients and their families. Identifies those situations requiring clinical judgment and escalates these issues to clinicians.
Skills and Experience:
Possesses a current license to practice as a practical nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Minimum of one year experience, preferably in adult ambulatory care and knowledge of EMR.
Education:
Graduate of a state-approved school of practical nursing.
