- Synthesizing knowledge of physiology, pathology, culture, and psychosocio-economics to assess, plan, provide and evaluate therapeutic interventions with patient, family, physician(s) and medical director.
- Assuming a leadership role in primary health that includes innovation, consultation, advocacy, accountability, and responsibility for quality health services to patients and families.
- Providing leadership and educa! tion opportunities for staff professional development.
