Telemetry Nurse - (Tele RN)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 E Pay Rate: $28.00 *
As a valued member of the Te! lemetry (Tele) RN team, you will care for patients with a wide range of conditions including complex cases. This unit constantly monitors blood pressure, heart rate, blood oxygen level and cardiac electrical activity of patients on the unit, utilizing specialized equipment. RN's will mainly care for patients recovering from heart conditions or cardiac surgery. The right candidate for this role will have the opportunity to work in a professionally challenging, positive and innovative Telemetry work environment at this highly regarded facility.
The role of the telemetry nurse (Tele RN) is to provide care for patients by comfortably connecting them to machines that measure blood pressure, heart rate, breathing rate, blood-oxygen level, and electrocardiogram information. The tele RN also monitors and interprets this data, assessing any potential health problems and needs, while also developing nursing care plans and maintaining accurate medical records. Required Qualifications
MUST HAVE:
1. BLS
2. MA License
3. Must have minimum 1 year Med/Surg Telemetry experience. One prior travel assignment is preferred.
