This is a full-time, benefits el! igible, 10-month position. This position reports to the Executive Director of College Health Services.
Mount Holyoke College has an opening for Director of the Alcohol and Drug Awareness Program. (ADAP). This is a full-time, benefits eligible, 10-month position. This position reports to the Executive Director of College Health Services.
The Director of ADAP has multiple areas of responsibility including direct clinical services to clients in the specialty area of Alcohol and Other Drugs, supervision of clinical and clerical staff, administrative duties for the project, leadership in college committees and other consultation to other college departments. The Director works closely with the Coordinator of Health Education and serves on the College Health Services Management Team.
We seek a person with the following qualifications:
Licensed mental health provider, LICSW, LMHC, LADCI, Clinical Nurse Specialist in Adult Psychiatric and Menta! l Health or equivalent required
Certified Alcohol and! Drug Abuse Counselor, CADAII preferred
Five years of experience in providing individual outpatient substance abuse treatment required. Experience with Brief Motivational Interviewing within the college setting preferred
Three to five years of progressive supervisory program management experience required
