Reporting to VP of Marketing you will be responsible for:
designing, developing, and managing internal and external training programs.

creating video, web based, and conventional print training programs specifically targeting health care professionals and nurses.
measuring feedback and ensuring the training programs are achieving the company’s strategic objectives.
evaluating training objectives and implementing quality improvement programs.
developing and monitoring budgets to ensure that programs are cost efficient and effective.
