Physical Therapist - Skilled - (PT - Skilled)

StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 ! D Pay Rate: 47.00 *

Well respected skilled nursing facility (SNF) is seeking a Physical Therapist who is highly motivated and energetic to join the team. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment.

Additional Requirements/Information:

• Ideal candidates will have 1 year of experience
• Physical Therapist will provide coverage in skilled nursing facility (SNF)
• Regionally recognized rehab company
• Candidates must be currently licensed or eligible for licensure as a PT and/or registered as a Physical Therapist per state requirements.

A physical therapist (PT) is responsible for diagnosing and treating patients of all ages who suffer from physical conditions that limit the ability to move and/or perform daily functional activities. A PT has a number of job functions, including assessing the patient and creating an individualized treatment plan to work on the areas! that could use improvement. In assisting with a patient’s p! hysical therapy, a PT also incorporates preventative measures against the loss of motor skills and promotes overall healthier lifestyles. The settings worked in include:

Acute

Home health

Long-term care

Outpatient

Pediatric

Psychiatric

Rehabilitation

Sports medicine

Required Qualifications

• MA License

Preferred Qualifications

• Recent SNF experience
• Knowledge of Rehab Optima
