Responsible for the coordination of staff! ing and scheduling for assigned areas (Medical Surgical, ICU/CCU, Emergency Department, Floats, Nursing Administration, Medical Day Care .) Maintains current status of staffing and scheduling in KRONOS. Determines staffing needs based on acuity information and budget. Assigns float personnel, calls in and cancels staff on the basis of defined needs. Maintains personnel data in KRONOS.

Education/Experience: High School graduate or in process Working knowledge of computers and software Manual dexterity to operate keyboard and calculator Previous experience with staffing and scheduling functions preferred
