Director of Nursing for busy skilled nursing facility. Must be an RN. Will provide h! ealth and wellness leadership to community residents and staff. Responsible for overall care of nursing department.
The salary is 90-100k. The bonus is what is unbelievable!!!! Up to a 100% of salary. For the right person this is an outstanding opportunity. The want the best because they are paying the best bonus.

- Coordinate, organize, implement, evaluate and direct the nursing service department
- Develop and maintain methods for coordinating nursing services
- Participate in facility surveys
- Assist in planning for resident's admissions and discharges
- Determine and monitor the staffing needs of the nursing department
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Must have experience in skilled nursing !
- Must have excellent communication skills * Coordinate, or! ganize, implement, evaluate and direct the nursing service department
