On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Hospice Director in Western Massachusetts. This is an outstanding opportunity to work with a highly skilled and committed team. Responsibilities include directing and supervising the hospice program and services including nursing, home health aide, social service, chaplain, PT, OT, ST, volunteer and bereavement and the provision of DME, oxygen, pharmaceuticals, and medical supplies. The director is accountable for maintaining quality services and profitability as well as formulating policies and procedures that comply with local, state and f! ederal regulations.
Qualification Criteria:
- R! egistered Nurse strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field, Master’s preferred.
- 5 years Hospice experience.
- 2 years management experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven leadership skills, a visionary and accomplished change agent.
- A self motivated and collaborative leader.
