Note: Must have past clinical and software businessanalysis experience with healthcare software for care management including withone or more: Case Management, Disease Management, Wellness and/or UtilizationManagement.
This individual willas! sist in the implementation of healthcare software for care man! ager productwith duties that will include definition and configuration of content, workflows,and care plans for our customers. Candidates must be willing to travel on sitewith customers as needed; expectation is 50-60% travel. This position works closely withstakeholders (i.e. business unit personnel, business experts, other technicalstaff, vendors, and contractors) to understand and document project andcorporate business and system requirements. Individual is responsible for proactivelyconducting interviews with all stakeholders to elicit detailed functional andsystem requirements, and managing the requirements throughout the course of theproject. Also, responsible for modeling, managing, and communicatingrequirements throughout the course of the project. Additionally, responsible for ensuring unique business needsare properly translated into the solution and communicated across corporateareas.
Some detailedactivities include: Extractrequirements through in! terviews with stakeholders, document analysis,requirements workshops, requirements surveys, site visits, business processdescriptions, business analysis, task analysis, and work flow analysis. Create functional and system requirementspecifications using tools such as use cases, activity diagrams, and otherindustry standard tools. Model,manage, and communicate requirements throughout the system development orproject life cycle. Conducteffective requirements reviews with stakeholders to ensure completeness andquality of the requirements package. Facilitatemeetings with management personnel and other staff to ensure that the meetinggoals are met, regardless of whether they are gathering requirements or settingexpectations. Coordinate test casedevelopment with the Quality Assurance team in support of functionalrequirements. Validatethat the business requirements are being met throughout the lifecycle to ensurethat they are delivered correctly or exceptions documented. Adapts to! change, is open to new ideas, takes on newresponsibilities, handles pr! essure, and adjusts plans to meet changing needs. Communicateswell both verbally and in writing, creates accurate and punctual reports,delivers presentations, shares information and ideas with others, has goodlistening skills. Understandsduties and responsibilities, has necessary job knowledge, has necessarytechnical skills, understands company mission/values, keeps job knowledgecurrent, is in command of critical issues. Breaks down problems into smaller components, understandsunderlying issues can simplify and process complex issues, and understands thedifference between critical details and unimportant facts.

REQUIREMENTS : Registered Nurse/ BSN with 5+years sw business analysis experience including at least 2 years experience inyour career working with analysis for care management software. ! (subject matterexpert)
Experienceworking within Scrum Agile software development methodology.
Gatheringand defining business requirements.
Translatingbusiness requirements into system configurations.
Defining,building, and executing test cases.
Workingwith deadlines and against budget provisions for assigned work.
Experienceworking with all levels of organizations.
Theability to manage a 50 to 60% minimum travel commitment.
