Job Description
The nurse will be responsible for reviewing all enrollees' medical information, compliance with prescriptions and medication reconciliations.
Primary Responsabilities:
- Knowledg e of specific medical/psychiatric illnesses, procedures and treatments, related medications, acuity versus chronicity, effect on normal growth and development.
- Knowledge of community agencies/resources. Ability to advocate/negotiate systems for/with enrollees
- Maintains patient/family confidentiality
Qualifications
Additional Information
- Valid Massachusetts Nursing Licensure
- +2 years of experience working with mental health and substance use disorders
- Proficiency in communication technologies
- Highly organized with the ability to keep accurate notes and records
- Experience with transitions of care
- Advanced crisis interventions/treatment/managements skills preferred
- Ability to multi-task
