Job Title: Email Marketing Specialist

Job Overview: The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating and executing email campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention and loyalty. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a data-driven mindset.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns including newsletters, promotional emails, drip campaigns, and triggered emails
Create email templates and optimize for mobile and desktop devices
Segment email lists based on behaviors, demographics, and preferences to improve targeting and personalization
Analyze and report on email campaign performance using metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue generated
Continuously test and refine email campaigns to improve results and increase engagement
Collaborate with the creative team to develop effective email designs and content
Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR
Stay up-to-date with email marketing trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
3+ years of experience in email marketing
Experience with email service providers (ESPs) and marketing automation platforms
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to optimize email campaigns
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of email marketing regulations such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Experience with HTML and CSS is a plus
