Our property management company is looking for an organized Rental License Coordinator to help us keep our office running smoothly. We're looking for a dedicated, hard-working and friendly professional to help maintain company compliance for U&Os, rental licenses and renewals. The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task, organize administrative tasks and prioritize important work so that we can meet the needs of our constantly growing client base.
Job Requirements:
- Complete township required paperwork to apply for for U&Os, rental licenses and renewals.
- Schedule annual inspections with township/municipality representatives required for rental license compliance.
- Coordinate with internal inspections team to maintain inspections schedule.
- Communicate with tenants to provide notice of upcoming inspections.
- Follow up with maintenance team to ensure rental license repairs are completed in a timely manner.
- Maintain rental license tracking spreadsheet and ensure all township-related documents are organized within our database.
- Establish and maintain relationships with agencies and organizations; act as a positive representation of the business to the community.
- Establish and renew PGW and PECO landlord agreements and assist with utility account management.
- Assist management with various other administrative tasks as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
