We are looking for customer-centered service representatives. As a customer service representative, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote Insurance Navy and our services. A customer service representative will ensure service standards, respond quickly and efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. We are a growing agency offering competitive pay and employee benefits.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls, clients and walk-ins
  • Generate sales leads
  • Identify customers insurance needs and direct them to insurance agent
  • Build relationships and trust with customer accounts through open communication
  • Provide accurate and complete information upon request
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and suggest alternatives within a reasonable period; follow up to guarantee resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take payments in office
  • Assist the insurance agent
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.63 - $21.24 per hour
