Responsible for providing direct nursing care and services to all program clients at our Adult Day Health Center located at 300 Branch St. Mansfield, MA. Develops and m! onitors nursing care plans, acts as liaison with community health providers and physicians. Responsible for supervising nursing department staff.
Full time Monday-Friday with benefits. No weekends required. Qualifications: Current Massachusetts RN license; minimum 3 years clinical experience in medical-surgical nursing; 2 years experience with elderly and disabled adults strongly preferred; supervisory and administrative experience. CPR certification and First Aid training required.
