Celebrity Skincare Expert is hiring a full-time personal assistant/content creator in the Brentwood/Pacific Palisades area.
Duties Include:
- Management of ever changing, complex calendars both business and personal
- Scheduling all appointments for the family
- Helping to develop and maintain content for various social platforms
- Updating and keeping track of calls/emails/correspondence and ensuring that timely answers occur
- Event planning, set up and execution
- Serve as a gatekeeper for the CEO, while proactively prioritizing active projects
- Coordinating and making returns
- Organizing and managing all deliveries and shipments
- Social Media Savvy (Instagram, Tik Tok)
MUST have valid drivers license and reliable transportation with a clean driving record
MUST be able to work weekends when needed
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
