Description: Brine Group Staffing Solutions is presently looking of Coding Compliance Specialist right now, this position will be placed in Massachusetts. For detail informations about this position opportunity please give attention to these descriptions. Responsible for reviewing ofcoding and billing of inpatient and outpatient services to ensure compliance with established guidelines and standards, this position will also be heavily involved in internal audits, training, and presentations to nurses, physicians, and other clinical departments. The ideal candidate will also have strong oral and written communication skills as well as presentation skills. Report analysis and understanding of federal and state regulatory compliance is a MUST. Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid processes Auditing and reviewing medical records Coding Payer and billing practices Large third-party health care insurers or integrated health care delivery system, third-party billing requirements and regulations.
