Full-time position providing hospice care to patients.
DUTIES
Provides nursing care to patients in the home or LTC setting. Assesses patient and family status. Conducts admissions as needed. Using laptop computer, enters data into EMR.
QUALIFICATIONS
RN licensed in Massachusetts. Hospice/homecare experience a plus. Experience and proficiency on computer a must. CPR certified. Provides nursing care to patients in the home or LTC setting. Assesses patient and family status. Conducts admissions as needed. Using laptop computer, enters data into EMR.
