This facility needs a local provider to help cover two maternity leaves starting in December 2012 and January 2013. The facility is an Adult Day Care center. The duties will include: histories, medication refills, assessments, general questions, wound care etc. There is always an MD on site as well.The schedule is Monday - Friday 8-4:30.
