Daily assignments may be planned by self or charge person. May act as charge person; reports to Director, Nursing. Provides resident care in a manner that is compassionate, respectful and that ensures dignity of the person. Responds to residents needs within state and federal regulatory guidelines. Must be 21 years of age. Experience in long-term preferred. Prolonged standing, walking, and bending; and frequent lifting required.
