Looking for an experienced RN, 2nd shift 24 hours per week and every other weekend. To provide direct nursing care,! assess needs, plan treatment, implement and evaluate outcomes of care. Be knowledgeable of all related medications and safely medicate patients and evaluate the effects of the meds. Communicate with other departments within the hospital and outside agencies when implementing the patient's plan of care.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experienced (1 yr. min.) RN with knowledge in substance abuse. Licensed by the Board of Registration in Nursing in Massachusetts. National certification in chemical dependency nursing encouraged. Past experience in substance abuse nursing a plus. CPR certification required within 30 days of hire. Electronic Medical Records experience. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and a CORI background records check.
