Brandon Woods provides a range of services to the community, including skilled nursing care, post-acute me! dical and rehabilitation care, adult day health care, senior transportation, and Home Services.
The Director of Nursing works in concert with the Administrator and directs the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards of care in accordance with current Federal, State and Corporate policies, standards, guidelines and regulations. In absence of the Administrator, assumes the responsibility for center operations.
Position Requirements
Ten years in long-term or acute health care preferred; At least 2 years nursing supervisory experience required.
Educational Requirements
Lic RN in Massachusetts
Prior Director of Nursing experience with multiple positive State Surveys.
