Direct Care Monitor

SUMMARY Under the supervision of the direct report, during assigned shift, ensures the safety of the program milieu by assuring program security, monitoring, and other supportive tasks.
Observes and supervise! s buildings and grounds and reports anything unusual to supervisor/nurse on duty. Ensures the safety of the program milieu by performing all security, monitoring, and supportive tasks as assigned.
Complies with all NBH policies and procedures.
Completes all necessary checklists and paperwork. Responsible for all shift documentation and record keeping in accordance with agency policies and procedures as directed, which may include accurate MIS paperwork/admissions procedures.
Interfaces in a professional manner with other agency units and agencies.
Is responsible for client urine screens.
Other related duties as assigned.
Schedule: PT, 16.5 hrs/wk, Mon-Fri (5:45am-9am) Sat & Sun (6am-9:30am) 5 days per week which includes every other weekend and holidays
Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED);one to three months related experience and/or training. Basic computer skil! ls to include client registration and Microsoft Office.
