Care For Life Home Health Agency, LLC is currently seeking Registered Nurse to fill the position of QI and QA, Medi! cal Records Management for office in Norwood, Massachusetts.
Job responsibilities include:
Management and mentoring of Clinical Associates and field staff Ensures accuracy & completeness of patient records, documentation review including OASIS Monitoring quality assurance Managing staff productivity, and overall case management Review health procedures and statistics Inspecting and sampling the entire process as a part of quality assurance Review the current policies and improvise plans to improve upon the existing quality standards Review and analyze the effectiveness of the modifications made Ensure the highest quality of care is provided and is in compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements and established departmental policies and procedures
Requirements:
A current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license. 3+years nursing experience. 3+years recent Medicare Certified Home Care experience. 3+years recent expirie! nce in Medical Records Management, QI and QA Comprehensive kno! wledge of the Medicare Conditions of Participation. Thorough understanding of OASIS documentation and ICD-9 coding. Strong management and leadership background. Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
