Responsibilities:
Reliant Medical Group is seeking Medical Assistants to work in our growing Healthcare Organization. In this position you will work as a member of the clinical team to provide quality and timely service to patients. You will be responsible for opening patient areas, preparation of patient schedules, making sure providers are on time with patient! s, entering refills over the phone, autoclaving, and learning the PSS role. You will prepare patient accordingly and assist nurses and providers with office procedures within the area of specific competency.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma and Graduate of an Accredited Medical Assistant Program with certificate and completed externship. One year prior medical assistant experience preferred.
Basic clinical skills and excellent customer service experience is needed for this position. Looking for a team player who is approachable, has strong work ethic, has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and is flexible and dependable. Computer and EMR experience is preferred. The position requires office as well as clinical tasks.
