Nurse Manager

Bridgewell is a non-profit, community based service agency, serving the needs of adults with a broad range of developmental disabilities. We are currently seeking a full-time nurse manager who possess the ability to provide l! eadership, guidance, support, education, and training to the residential program nursing staff. The ability to integrate several patient care delivery models, positions, and practice initiatives a must. A broad base of clinical nursing knowledge is desired.
Must have current and valid Massachusetts RN license. BSN required, MSN preferred (or completing MSN). Must have management experience. Experience with individuals with developmental or psychiatric disabilities preferred. The position is Monday through Friday with some flexibility in hours, but must be able to work in the late afternoon. Some on-call required.
