Description: Cambridge Health Alliance is currently interviewing Patient Access Representative II - Per Diem right now, this vacancy will be placed in Massachusetts. With approximately 100,300 ED visits annually, the CHA Emergency Departments are fast-paced, constantly changing environments wit! h rapid patient turnover. In this role you will greet and serve as a patient liaison to the Emergency Department patients upon arrival, collaborating with the emergency department staff to effectuate patient flow and keep patients informed regarding wait times and delays.
Qualifications/Experience We are currently seeking a Patient Access Rep II to provide clerical and clinical support. Qualified applicants will have a High School diploma or the equivalent. BLS is required. In addition, one of the following is required: Nursing Assistant certificate, current student nurse who has completed one clinical rotation, or successful completion of a Medical Assistant program.
