Summary: Provide nursing care consistent with the goals of the Staff RN Program as a framework of patient care delivery at Quincy Medical Center.
Res! ponsibilities: The RN is accountable for managing and coordinating patient care from admission to discharge within a partnership structure. The nursing process is the methodology utilized to facilitate the achievement of patient outcomes. This is accomplished by counseling, supervising, teaching, direct care and collaboration/consultation with other health professionals. The Staff RNs scope of practice adheres to the policy procedures established by the Nursing Department.
Qualifications: BSN preferred, BLS, ACLS and MA RN license required.
Minimum of 1 year RN experience in an critical/acute care hospital setting strongly preferred.
