Description: Holy Family Hospital is at present recruited Nutritionist right now, this vacancy will be placed in Massachusetts. Under the supervision of the Clinical Nurse Manager, Program Director, and Medical Director, the Nutritionist will perform all initial and follow-up consultations for pre- and post-operatively patients, including extensive nutritional counseling and behavior modification, inspiring patients to adhere to dietary restrictions expected of patients. The nutritionist will also be responsible for thorough and organized consultation documentation and entering charges in a timely fashion.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Nutrition.
- MA Nutritionist or Dietitian licensure.
- Registered Dietitian preferred.
- A minimum of! 2 years as Nutritionist in outpatient setting.
- Excellent organization, communication, and leadership skills.
- Basic computer knowledge in Meditech, Microsoft (Word, Excel).
