Located in the Boston area of Massachusetts, our client is seeking a Senior Healthcare Specialist for their Healthcare Division. Our client is open to candidates who reside in the Northeast area of the US! The successful candidate should be a Clinician with extensive experience in Long Term Care. Se! nior Healthcare Specialist Background Profile:
Clinician with extensive experience in long term care for local and national client support and product development
Registered Nurse or Allied Health, Masters Degree in related field preferred
Ten (10+) years experience in long-term and / or post-acute care, preference to reimbursement and risk management
Exceptional communication skills are required, preferably with a history of written publications and public presentations
Ideal candidates will have consulting experience, and a solid understanding of LTC / survey and certification process, Medicare / Medicaid reimbursement and the RAI
The ability to lead and collaborate with project teams is essential
