Email Customer Service Representative
Classification: Non-Exempt, Hourly Employee
Position Summary: An Email Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing prompt and efficient customer service via email to our pet parents. You will be resolving customer service questions, issues, and complaints to the satisfaction of customers in a manner that complies with the company’s standards. Tasks may include placing or updating orders, providing product and procedural information, and providing order, Rx and refund statuses.

· Ability to speak clearly, hear, and write in English.
· Ability to adapt and respond to different types of personalities via chat.
· Ability to actively read and understand.
· Ability to maintain high customer satisfaction ratings based on company standards.
· Ability to handle up to three chats at a time.
· Ability to sit for lengthy periods of time.
· Ability to do simple math.
· Must have close and distance vision and the ability to read a computer screen and printing material with or without vision aids.
