• BSN is preferred
• BCLS required
• Current state license is required
• Customer Service skills are required
• Experience is preferred

In this role, you will assume responsibility to lead our team in providing quality patient care. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care from admission to discharge and you will be responsible to direct, assign and supervise ancillary staff team members in providing the appropriate level of care in the most efficient manner. You will also act as a role model to staff members.
Qualified candidates will be a grad! uate of an accredited school of nursing and a current Massachu! setts Registered Nurse licenser. BSN preferred. Excellent IV skills including VAD care and maintainence. Excellent communication skills , team work and time management. Every other weekend and every other holiday required per MNA contract. IV Therapy experience with all age groups perferred, will train pedi/newborn skills. BLS required.
