We are an S-Corporation with 17 employees that has been in business since 2006. Ownership changed last year and we are growing fast. This is an entry level position that has great room for growth and advancement. Company is going to start franchising within the next year, and looking to find long term employees that will grow with us.
Our organization is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the executive team, helping with putting together financials, payroll, AR & AP. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and can take initiative in order to ensure that the executive team is able to focus on their core responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the executive's calendar and schedule appointments.
- Organize and maintain filing systems.
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents as needed.
- Provide support to the executive team.
- Manage travel arrangements for the executive team.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.50 - $17.50 per hour
