TAG is looking for a part-time 1:1 Tutor or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team! We have three locations: Miramar, Carlsbad, and Temecula.

Job Duties
- Work 1:1 with child/teen on goals (behavior, communication, social, daily living), typically 10-25 hours weekly at the clinic or in client homes.
- Share creative ideas for activities to support reaching target goals.
- Collect data each session on goal progress.
- Implement treatment plan developed by supervisor, with their guidance.
- Implement a developmental relationship driven program using a mentoring approach.
Skills/Qualifications
- Be willing to complete RBT training in a 1-month period.
- Fluent in English.
- At least 1-year experience working with children/teens (children with Autism is a plus).
- Must be available during highly desirable after school hours (ex: 3-6pm).
- Able to work one day during the weekend (Typically 2-3 hours) (preferred).
- No long vacations planned within the next 6 months as our clients need consistency and continuity of care when starting programs.
