Strategic Project Manager Human Resources 100% (M/F/D)

As a Strategic Project Manager Human Resources, you will drive the transformation of HR into a strategic support function through initiatives and projects. You will work closely with the Head Corporate HR and the global leadership team to align functional HR plans with business strategies and drive continuous improvement efforts.

Exciting Challenges

  • Supports People strategy definition and processes in collaboration with global HR Leadership Team
  • Own processes, methods and tools related to the implementation of the People strategy, HR Governance, HR Project/Program Management and HR aspects of M&A
  • Continuously collaborate with CoE's and HR Senior Managers to ensure that alignment on the overall People strategy, initiatives and priorities
  • Project Lead in coordinating HR topics in M&A transactions (e.g. Due diligence, post-acquisition integration, talent retention and culture alignment)
  • Proactive HR Portfolio Management with focus on impact and continuous improvement
  • Define HR and workforce metrics, design data collection and reporting procedures
  • Leverage understanding of the organization’s and business’ needs to design fit-for-purpose solutions
  • Drive trend scouting and innovation process in HR
  • Provide business insights and recommendation based on HR reports and workforce analytics
  • Translate insights and opportunities into compelling presentations for different audiences

We Need Your Skills

  • University degree in Business or a HR related field e.g. Business and/or LAW
  • 3+ years of work experience in a HR Consulting role and ideally experience with strategic transformation of HR in a global corporate environment
  • Knowledge of digital process design highly preferred
  • Natural ability to see change as an opportunity, embrace it and bring it to life
