- Qualifications*
- The right candidate must possess a strong working knowledge of DPH long term care rules and regulations, documentation requirements and be well versed in MDS 3.0.
- Prior experience as a Social Services Director in a long term care setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of case management and discharge planning is also preferred.
- The Social Services Director will lead by example and possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
