Speech/Physical Therapy At Nursing Home

Description: is at present looking to employ Speech/Physical Therapy At Nursing Home right now, this job will be placed in Massachusetts. More details about this job opportunity please read the description below. I need someone to visit my mom at the Wingate at Brighton nursing home during the day 2 to 3 times per week (M-W-F or T-Th) for about 3 hours per day. Work on the weekend is ! possible. She has balance issues and aphasia from a stroke she had back in May of last year.
I have a speech therapy worksheet that they can use. Also, the caregiver could read aloud a chapter from one of her books and talk about it with her. Since it is policy that she be confined to a wheelchair, physical therapy would be helping her walk using her stroller and maybe some sitting exercises. Eventually, I'd like the caregiver to provide a weekly log of the activities performed and lessons given.
I will meet this person at the nursing home for the first visit some evening this week perhaps and show how I want them to take care of my mom. Of course, caregivers with experience in physical & speech therapies are preferred.
